Iphone 4 show wifi disabled! Help - GSM-Forum

Hi, I got new software on iphone ios 6.1.3 now the problem is that it shows wifi disabled before I had ios 6.1.2 that also got the same problem.
Anyone know the solution kindly help me with. How to fix this issue

Put in DFU mode and restore again from scratch via iTunes. I recomend to redownload firmware .
There is possibility that software didnt update like it should and consecvences are you've got a corrupted baseband.

I downloaded the firmware separately not with itune same problem occur

I have the same problem with a water damaged Iphone , after cleaning everything works perfect except WIFI
