i did erase all content and settings and fone stuck on apple logo

fone was working before & and unlocked Don't remember the firmware version but baseband is 1.59

and now i am trying to update fone again on 4.0.1 & 4.0 recieve error 3194

what to do next for update fone without baseband

try to restore custom firmware 4.3.1

use snowbreeze for you to make a custom firmware.. and also try to search about using ireb.. it is very important to know other software functionalities and combination like using snowbreeze. so that you can't update your baseband..
