iphone 4 stuck dfu after restore 4.2.1 Custom - GSM-Forum

Iphone 4 , no shsh , Restore 4.2.1 custom no error from itune but stuck dfu . use resn0w 9.6 boot tethered is ok but reboot the iphone stuck in dfu . use greenpoint jailbreak is the same stuck in dfu .
Please help me how to slove this .

I had these experience before unfortunately, I also dont have SHSH backup my solution is to Restore Stock FW, good thing phone was Factory Unlocked.

same problem for me in iphone4 and 3gs ,i iflashed it by all firmware custom but same problem helpppppppppp please.......sorry for my english

If You didn't save SHSH then You can forget about flashing Your phone with custom firmware... Phone will go straight to DFU mode.

ibooting the phone by ibooty but after 30sec the problem returns

that is because you restored without ssh and firmware could not be verified by apple nor cydia server, your phone will remain tertherd unless you upgrade to a higher custome firmware.

use snowbreez v2.4b1 firmware for restor.it working for ur phone
