Iphone 4 stuck with message "restore needed" - GSM-Forum

My phone show message "Restore Needed - Iphone cannot make or receive calls. Please visit www.apple.com/support.". I tried all the solutions i have found in the forum and all it gives me that message. It may be a hardware problem? Please if you can help me with a solution. Thanks in advance.

remove BT & wait 30 minute after inside BT
enter DUF mode & restore

in about 30 minutes appear the same error (maybe there is something defective), thanks anyway
