iPhone 4 Unlocked or Not?

Hi,

Just want to confirm to you guys who have a factory unlocked iPhone 4. My iPhone 4 can be used on different carriers, however every time I change my sim I will get a no service even after rebooting my phone. The only way to use the new sim would be to connect my phone to itunes to go through the activation process, the activation will go through and the signal for new sim will start showing. The process is the same when using a different sim from the same carrier.

I have a chance to check my IMEI and here is the result.
Model: IPHONE 4 32GB BLACK
IMEI: 012540008215080
Serial: **104627A4T
MAC Address:
Bluetooth MAC Address:
CTN:
ICCID:
Product Version: 5.1.1
First Unbrick Date: 07/29/11
Last Unbrick Date: 01/22/13
Unbricked: true
Unlocked: false
Unlock Date:
Activated Carrier: Globe (SingTel) - Philippines PHL
Original Carrier: APAC Service.
Initial Activation Policy Description: 58 - APAC Service.
Applied Activation Policy Description: 58 - APAC Service.
Next Tether Activation Policy Description: 58 - APAC Service.
Product Sold by:
Coverage Status: Out Of Warranty (No Coverage)
Coverage End Date: 02/24/11 -
Purchased In: Philippines
Estimated Purchase Date: 02/24/11

With the above scenario and results of my IMEI, is my iPhone 4 unlocked or not?

Hi,

I wasn't asking for an IMEI check, don't want my post to get deleted, anyway thanks for re-checking, however as I posted, I already did that and posted my result above. I'm just wondering how come I can use my iPhone on different carriers even though it says that it is sim locked, provided I connect my iPhone to itunes everytime I change my sim and activate it.

So what does this mean? Does it mean I can use the iPhone on different carrier which belongs to APAC?
