i tried to restore my iphone 4 to original 4.2.1 but i have error 1013

need help please

It's not possible or you can downgrade your phone but must to try many operations and more reading for nothing because your modem IS IMPOSSIBLE TO BE UNLOCKED AT THIS TIME. You can downgrade firmwre but modem will still some version.
We hope new version of ultrasn0w to be avaible in 24th December, then we will unlock our phones. At this time only modem

Code:

 ver 01.59.00

can be unlocked, other versions like 3x.xx.xx and 02.10.4 CAN"T BE UNLOCKED!

delet host from your C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc
