Is Jailbreaking phone voids iPhone 4 warranty?

Does Network Provider or Apple trace if phone was JB?

What can we do so Network Provider or Apple doesnt know it was JB?

1-JB does void your warranty yes, but if you need to take ur iphone to apple care just restore it

2- JB is 100% legal at the moment so no prosecution by law can be made(don't worry about a thing in simple words)
