IPHone 4 wont turn on. zero water damage. tried logic board in working phone - GSM-Forum

Just as the title says.

I have taken the logic board and put it in a working units housing
and still will not turn on.
There are no missing components. all emi shields still have sticker
so it has not been tampered with.

Anything else I can try?

Any help is greatly appreciated!

try this.
press the power button and the home button together for 15 sec. the should start. if not try to connect to pc if doesnt recognize probably hardware faliure.
