iphone 4g 4.3.3 signal problem - GSM-Forum

my iPhone 4g sudden goes in recovery mode and i updated phone with iTunes now some time shows no service and some time full signals but when phone signal complete i cant make or receive calls even messages i have already tried following suggestions and of no use

Changed time zone from Automatic to manual
My call id option is "on"
did restore to factory settings
did reset network settings
what should i do now
