For those needing a carrier unlock, use the existing ultrasn0w in Cydia on your iPhone3G or iPhone3GS. After a short testing period, we’ll push out the iPhone4 version.

that's not iPhone4 Problem, Problem is yourself, right now no unlock for iPhone4, wait till tomorrow (As planebeing has been post : we will release in 48hours)

the release will be by dev team or Geo hot ? i have seen the same problem the carrier has been lost .. while adding the resource in iphone 4G any post will be highly appreciated

try to restore your iphone firmware, then jailbreak & unlock again
