iphone 4g after water damage - wont charging - GSM-Forum

hello all

i have iphone 4 that fell in water..
i have cleaned the logic board 100% over and over...

i dissconnect the logic board from the bezel frame ,and seperate the parts and put new one - like power button , lcd+digitizer , battery.

it not turn on... just with wall charger he turn on, but he is stuck on EMERGENCY CALL only and he show 100% battery, when i dissconnect the iphone from wall charger he right away turn off.

i look in google i funded some post with image that he said this part has dead...

how can i find this replacment part on internet?
do you have some video that show how to replace it?
what his name?
