yes restore it with Itune but no with v4.02
if your phone is 4.01 restore it

yes restore it with itunes 9 or 10 .with v4.0 or v4.0.1

TRY to restore with 4.0.1 to see if it has SHSH saved.
if you get error 31xx then no choice other than restore 4.1.
