Iphone 4g stuck on Apple logo

After resetting my iphone 4g manually it stucks on Apple logo. I cant charge the iphone nor connect by Itunes. please help needed badly. thank you

if u maneged to power off the device and it still rebooting to logo only power off again and log to DFU mode and reflash from itunes custom firm or directley from redsnow
