try to update with latest ios. If the problem is remain then check its hardware.may be its hardware issue.

Open iTunes

and the summery TAB

Click restore and follow the steps

It will take some time depend on your internet speed

officially it will goes to factory settings

If you have official firmware already downloaded from somewhere then you can restore locally by pressing the keyboard "SHIFT" key and click restore the iTune will ask for file then you have to select the matching firmware (official)

All ok dear but exta file but colud not be updeat because the firmawer file is not complet?

how to problem solved?
