Set date and time on the iphone to be accurate to your timezone, on your iphonw go to Settings>General>Date & Time

Connect with SIM inserted to iTunes

....and weit...

Make sure your modem firmware and imei is ok
Check time and date or connect your phone to internet it should automatically retrieve correct time and date
Restore your phone
Otherwise u have hardware problem could be simcard eject sensor
