I see this error many times. But after first or second try my devices has been activated. Possible Apple Albert is offline on this mommet or to many request. Or restore again with latest signed ios and try to activate

Try to activate with i tunes and wifi .if not done then wait bcoz this eror im face i have to 5 days after 5 days i try my device is activated

which sim u r using to activate. try without turbo sim if it is used

i think there is problem in apple for activation today just try activate it tommorow...

everiday i try activation but still error
