Error-1 is from hardware

Might your base band is damage

I think your file problem.Download again ios 6.0.1 but don't use (resume download) and restore again.try...

dear Before restore handset put in dfu mode and manualy file select with the help of keyboard shift batten hope ur problem will be solved if face same problem tell us

I had one iphone which give error of -1 that solved my friend by put circuit in another iphone 4 assembly then restore sucessfully

Error -1 is caused when itunes uses a last ditch method to preserve baseband
could be hardware problem
but if your devices shsh blobs are saved (check with redsn0w)
downgrade to a firmware which the blobs are saved for and then use "Fix Recovery" option within RedSn0w.
I had a similar problem with downgrading a iphone 4 to ios 5.1.1 with shsh blobs and the above solved my problem

When u try to downgrade ur iPhone 4 u will get error -1 but this is iPhone 4s and u can't downgrade :

This error looks like baseband chip related.
