i have iphone 4s my problem is no sound in call incoming and outgoing voice problem .... mic is ok how to know me mic is ok recoding is ok...

i also change charging flax belt change and handfree belt also change but same problem

in music player sound ok and msg tone ok whatsapp tone ok keypad tone also ok and i will try full reset and update with restore file with itune but same so how to solve this problem...

Change Audio ic your problem with solved.
and do to hardware section and then you must share your problem you will understand that whats your main problem.

try to make a call with the metal shields open,press with your finger the baseband ic if you hear some crackling noises then you maybe try reball your baseband ic or change it.

for me, i think the cause of that problem is virus., the solution that is restore your phone or using hardware.
