iphone 4s error 4013...solution please the owner field to update ios8 because error in itunes restoring ( error 4013)

i try to restore in version 8.0.2and but still error 4013.

i use original usb cable.

Check with another battery.

1. Use other PC or Operating System
2. Update Directly to iTunes

Just Do Software first before going to hardware issue.

Error 4013 is usually battery or dock connector ( usb cable of your phone )
It make sense when customer tried to update it he will get errors because apple software usually check for hardware faults thats why we get various errors
Report that you tried everything related to software and your thread would be moved
