how i do to restore my iphone 4s to formware 6.1.2?

yas u can do this
1
contect ur fone to i tune
2
go to tinyameralla and save SHSH bolbs
3
if ur fone have save SHSH bolbs
4
go on snowbreez
click next/slect browse ispw of ur fone 6.1.2/then slect i faith and browse SHSH in ur computer........when u slect it..click next check gernal and click create ispw...wait when ur file created it will save it on ur fone..........put ur fone on DFU mode and slect created ispw from destop....wait for complete restoring...........when window comtlete ur fone will came on window if ur fone was unlock........enjoy it

are you sure about it ?

Make sure you have download the firmware. enter ur phone to DFA mode connect to Itune, make sure ur system was connect to the internet, after the system detect ur phone, press shift and click restore to select ur firmware location where it as been download onto ur system,
N.B
If ur phone is factory unlock is ok but if u are using gevey sim,this is not advisable.
