Hi i have the same problem, no bb, no wifi, no bt. I Bought from ebay Iphone 4 (after fall). The battery connector was ripped off and resoldered by some amateur, and also flash light from rear camera was all the time on - even when the phone was power off. So i took it to my buddy, he is gsm geek and he resoldered the battery connector and he made bridges to proper places. Now phone charge ok. restore ok, but its stuck on activation screen and itunes display "your iphone have a problem". On the phones screen is all the time searching. I checked in aplication called "itools". There is info section and it confirmed that is no wifi no baseband no bt no imei. so i find on net solution

pixhost(dot)org/show/3989/19395115_iphone4basebandchipfaul(dot)jpg

and i checked voltages, there where should be L3_rf 1,8V is 0V, and there where is L2_rf should be 1.1V but is also 0V. I checked it when phone was powered on.

Anyone have some idea what can i do? My buddy can replace or reball anything what is needed so just give me some tip and i will check it.

Thx in advance
