How to fix thiss problem,iPhone 4s with new gevey show "No Service" progressbar but calling working good,how to solve thiss any solution?

it could not be fix it is as u see show no single but functional phone

Yes work very good to call,but always no service,thiss is Version USA operator,and phone not show number when i call anyone say "Block" to person.
