i have a iphone 4s the base band is ok but wifi adress is N/A
i reset from network setting but same then i restored with 5.1.1 but same how to fix it please help its urgent

I also got the same problem instantly I contacted my distributor they solve it but I have to pay some charge for this

try this may be some people will laugh but this solution worked for me yesterday for iphone 4s

1: Turn off your IPhone. (any model, I had problem in 4s)

2: Warp your phone in a polythene bag.

3: Then put your phone in refrigerate Frazier for at least 20 minutes.

4: Then open your phone from polythene bag and turn on.

The WIFI and Bluetooth will start working. And if after some time WIFI or Bluetooth grayed out again repeat this process and extend the time from 20 minutes to 30 minutes.

The solution is very stupid I know but believe or not it works. Please try now and let me know it work or not.

NA problem solution is re hot the wifi ic but its not 100% working in my case in will only work for days or weeks the only solution is change the wifi ic

You are correct.One of my friend had the same problem,he replaced wifi module,now his problem solved.
