iPhone 4S no wifi yes bluetooth

Gentlemen,

I have a very unstable wifi on my iphone 4s which ended up with greyed out wif (no wifi) but bluetooth is working fine. I have done the following:
1) reset network connections - no luck
2) changed the wifi antenna - no luck
3) restored my phone to same iOS 5.1.1 (as a new phone) - no luck

Any idea what else could I do? if wifi IC chip is damaged, I suppose bluetooth shouldn't work am I right?

Regards
Hicham
