iphone 4s only itunes logo (not update)

i receive one iphone 4s with itunes logo problem.
i try to update OS with itunes but failed.

i used
iPhone4,1_7.1_11D167_Restore

any solution to fix it..?

no perfect solution for any i-device on error -1 at the moment. has to do with a defective baseband chip. but ive tried heating up some ic on the board of an iphone4s that worked for a while. but still entered recovery by itself after a couple of weeks. now back to error -1 again. so u can try urs that way and post results.
