iphone 4s problem - GSM-Forum

i have an iphone4s softbank and unlocked here in the philippines. after unlocking the ip something weird happen. the phone restart itself i mean when i locked it after a couple of minute it will restart and the apple logo will appear in other case when i open the phone from being locked suddenly sa screen will fade and the phone will restart. what could be the problem pls help..

and one thing more when i have a phone call and answered it first thing to do is put the phone near on my ear, when the screen turn black the conversation end up knowing that my phone restart again. is it a software problem or just the batteries? i need help im sick of it.

Have you updated it to current version if not so go ahead if yes then update that again.

not yet sir. im on 6.1.2 im planning to update asap. but im using an xsim417. does it support ios 7.0.2? im afraid that after i update to 7.0.2 i cant use my current sim card. because the guy who unlocked my phones says that when i upgrade to latest version i have to back to him and unlocked the phone again. dont know if he just want me to go back for the sake of money. if its supported i can do it my own. right ?
