Member: 1953413 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | iPhone 4S rear camera not functioning Rear camera is absolutely not working, shutter not opening, flash won't work with torch app, whereas front camera works perfectly in Instagram, Skype etc. I took my phone apart, and seems like a U10 crystal component is abit broken (looks like a very tiny fragment has came off from a crystal). Are there any ways to track more issues via checking voltages, cleaning PCB etc? I have seen solutions for U10 chip by removing it and making a jumper, but how am I able to remove it? I do not have hot air, but I do have flux and soldering iron. |
