i have not been here for awhile so please excuse me if I break any rules.
I was wondering if it is possible to unlock iphone 4 without using a server.
if there is a procedure for doing this.

I have the same question too!!!

There is few more special sim card right now available in market which will help you to use you non-supported sim via this special sim card in locked device. check in product section, u will get it.

older baseband (ex.1.59.00) of iphone 4 possible to unlock by Ultrasn0w but i don't think any body still have iphone4 with this lower baseband.
