iphone strange restore - GSM-Forum

Hi All,

I have a iphone 3g and i donot know what was the version of the phone locked with a security code, i wanted to remove the code so tried to restore it on 3.1.3 however i was getting error 1015 every time then further i tried to restore it on 3.1.2 howver i got the same error , now is when something really surprising happen , my phone was connected to itunes and the phone was in recovery mode and all of a sudden the phone came to the non activated mode by itself ....

i really donot understand howver can this happen by itself ????

I am worried if this is going to cause any problem in the software of the phone ...

The phone is now on 3.1.2

Somebody can explain this pls ............

after u get this error use ultrasn0w or any other programme and kick the device out recovery mode and u will get ur phone working

this is normal i assume that ur iphone firmeware is 4.0 or higher
