Iphone different sim detected 100% ok - GSM-Forum

If you experience this error "Diffrent SIM Detected" afte the jailbreak process, here is my solution for that

Download the files we need for this Tutorials:
iFunbox : http://www.pars-gsm.com/Downloads/ifunbox_en.zip
New Lockdown RapidShare: 1-CLICK Web hosting - Easy Filehosting

Run the Software and Sync with iPhone

Now go to /private/var/root/Library/ and delete orginal lockdown folder and put attached lockdown folder

At last reboot your iPhone Phone must be ok now.

how many Tutorials & Tricks will we have to watch more for this simple issue my dears????? every day one or more thread comes up about this topic... I think its enough now....... I've seen this solution one month ago on this forum. Please don't repeat again and again an issue that solved many time.

1. After jailbreaking, launch Cydia
2. Go to manage/sources, tap edit/add
3. type cydia.pushfix.info/ , add source
4. tap done, browse newly added source Pushfix.info
5. choose Hacktivation Patch (lockdownd), install
6. done.

no need to go through any software installation on your pc.
Just add this repo on the cydia
cydia.pushfix.info
and click hactivation
Reboot iphone
Job done

great job, no need to download, work perfectly ok with my 3G iphone 16 gb, just updated yesterday from version 3.12, 05.13.04, to version 4.0.1 (8A306) model MB496LA, 05.13.04. after updating thru itune 9.2.1.6, then using jailbreakme.com with wifi. then unlock with ultrasnow, then problem with different sim inserted. again using cydia very very simple and very very easy way :
1. After jailbreaking, launch Cydia
2. Go to manage/sources, tap edit/add
3. type cydia.pushfix.info/ , add source
4. tap done, browse newly added source Pushfix.info
5. choose Hacktivation Patch (lockdownd), install
6. done

perfectly and Iphone work fast and smoothly. Thanks to everyone.
