Hey.
try to restore the C:\Windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts - file to the original state. and try to turn off security programs..
Get your iPhone into DFU MODE then click restore without Shift to choise a custom firmware. make it like an update..

Alyimatt - Trying to restore with Redsn0w needs your Saved iPhone SHSH files.
SHSH can be found if your iPhone was Jailbroken and Cydia was Installed on it Before.

This error I see in the picture you provided, is related to hosts file that you need to make sure itunes is communicating with apple. Using redsnow to restore your iphone to ios 7x Is useless while it doesnt supports ios7, also trying to restore with redsnow or itunes to ios version 6.x is also useless because the only way you can restore to 6.x version is if you saved your shsh using ifaith manually. Now I would recommed you to uninstall the actual version of itunes you have installed in your pc, and do a fresh install of latest itunes version. After you have successfully installed new version of itunes, go to google.com and search for "itunes error 3194 fix" you'll find many websites with detailed explanation on how to fix this problem. Cheers
