my son i buy for him an iPhone and he start using it it is his first phone in his life he is 13 years old
he create iTunes account and use the phone he change many times the phone code but last time he forget it i connect the phone to the intones and i try to restore the phone but i don't know why the iTunes password its not accepted he is sure that it is the right password but it is not working any moor what i have to do help me please.
this is the Error message i get when i try to reset his phone without login to his lost iTunes accounts password .

which version is your itunes.

the latest version of iTunes and i try many type of APP software and still the same problem

which firmware you are using.

maybe its hosts problem ,
Go to "C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\DRIVERS\ETC\"
and open HOSTS file with text editor and post here what you see , copy/paste

C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\DRIVERS\ETC\HOSTS delete ip:
74.208.10.249 gs.apple.com and save.Itunes restart and restore your iphone
