iPhone 4s R SIM unwanted balance deduction

I have locked Apple iPhone 4s, I used R SIM for using a different SIM, but when I open Settings and close it again then balance is deducted. I called Customer Care and they told that you have used so and so service from SIM Applications.

So it is due to the SIM applications being opened automatically(maybe due to R SIM).

How do I resolve the issue ?

Don't tell that I should keep Settings open all the time, I can do that but I want to know what is the reason behind it.

How we can make conclusions if we don't see your phone ??
1) sold your phone and buy Nokia 3310
2) check out programs installed in your phone
3) make reset with content deleting ( if your phone not jailbroken)
4) reflash it

Donate money to this user
You should ask your SIM card provider to give you a sim card without SIM applications on it.

Or if the phone is jailbreakable I'd do it and edit carrier plist where you can edit application shortcuts .

Or you can try different R-Sim .

Please post results, its interesting,

Regards
