3G Cant complete flashing process - GSM-Forum

This 3G phone's phone app suddenly disappeared. That is the owner could not locate the on-screen keypad where he can make calls, so I decided to flash it. It was already on 4.2.1
But as I tried to flash it (with 4.2.1 and 4.1) it always stops at about 65%. I have tried about 7 times in 2 Pc's BUT same error (so phone is in recovery mode)

How can i restore this phone OK now?

have u tried using the Custom Firmware? .....same error?

1 run redsn0w 0.9.6b6
2 select original 4.2.1
3 select 'just enter in pwned dfu right now'
4 open itune and select original 4.2.1
5 in the finich will get erreur 1015 'dont worry iphone its in black screen'
6 run redsn0w again and select 'just enter in pwned dfu right now'
7 open itune and flash with costum 4.2.1
8 than jailbreak with redsn0wand unlock with ultrasn0w
9 hit thanks if it work

its normal ....
open redsnow 0.9.6b6 and select : just tethered boot...
you will get your device normal
note if you have 3gs or any newboot device u will need use redsn0w when you power off yr device

dont 4get to hit thanks if its work
