Iphone no imei no ccid and baseband - GSM-Forum

Hi,

I have an iphone 3GS with sw version of 4.3.5 i have downgraded the phone to 4.1

after the downgrade i have installed the ipad baseband everything went fine through. But in the end once all the procedure was done i got an error no imei no ccid and baseband.i have try to flash the baseband again but the same problem presist any solution 190% there was no hardware issues with the phone when i have got the phone in my hand and it was working on its original network which was O2 UK

any feedback will be highly apperaicated

Hello,

i am in exact same condition to find solution.. because lot phones come in this condition this days..

there isn't anything in software i left behind to be sure.

i have also damaged one phone exact same way you did.

as far as i can see baseband and sec pack get confused and never let baseband chip alive again.
it is clean software problem some reason baseband not getting start after getting reflash.

as i can see if baseband some how get erased (for old bootloader fuzzybaseband)
then u can flash any baseband it will accept it.

one more reason can be 6.15 payloader is already loaded fls flashed already so valid but some reason can't start it so we see no imei,nobaseband,no wifi,etc etc.

this is for sure software side lock to baseband chip till valid reset issue or some people like geohot come out with baseband erase or rewrite exploit.(for old & new bootloader.)

at moment technically there is no 3rd party tool or software able to repair baseband of 3gs 3g with new bootloader at any way at all.

from my side this is clean bb flashing method bug (IN SOME CASE) redsn0w bb flashing failed for some reason but hvn't cleared already loaded baseband flash..

update:
NEW BASEBAND CHIP COME IN 3G AND 3GS WHICH DO NOT ACCEPT 6.15 BASEBAND ALL USER TAKE CARE OF IT..

i have same problem, ni wifi , no imei no iccid, no bluetooth. I think there are no solutions

Sorry, but don't waste your time.

imaging that you can program the base band ?

What do you think about this question.

Could you prgram any nokia with Base BAND FIVE i mean IMEI ZONE (BB5)

ITS just little example.

Give an answer for this 2 question...
