iPhone not detected after restart - GSM-Forum

Hi all

So i have an 3g on 4.2.1 with latest baseband (not iPad one, not jailbroken and not unlocked)

Was all ok and after reseting it and delete all it doesn`t get recognised by any PC or/and iTunes

It`s not a PC issue as i have other iPhone working ok with no problems.

It`s not also a connector problem as i`ve changed it and still the same.

Not recognized, no "dingdong" sound, nothing

It accepts charge but no spark symbol apears on screen as if it`s not beeing charged, but it is...

Tried several cables, and several usb ports on 3 diferent computers running Windows XP (wich on all other iPhone workes fine)

The iPhone it`s now stuck on connect to iTunes for activation

Any tips would be apretiated?

Just tested on MAC with no luck at all

Also forgot to say, no error message apears

I have the same problem with one 3GS after i jailbreak but the phone said TEMPERATURE in display,any solution ?

Been searching for a few days and realise that we`re not alone on this. But no one have solution as far as i can tell...

Done that, no luck.

Already try diferent methods with no luck

Already changed boards to a 100% working phone and still no connection

got to be a sw issue

try to uninstall itunes and install latest itunes restart u'r pc and change usb cable port maybe will work ?

Not a pc problem as all other iPhones connects perfectly

Second: restore 4.1

Can`t thank you enought

As soon as i open iReb the iphone was instantly recognised

All ok now

Hi Shahin Hasan

Once again the iPhone is not being recognized

It was all ok, untill i had to open it to change power button and as i disconet board from battery the same error apears on phone.

Already tryed a bunch of things with no luck

Any ideias on what to do?
i-reb is not doing the trick now..

bro if all is working than its means 1 thing is missing so change ur cable if same than use other pc if again same than chack iphne jack ....hope it will be done

all that done and still the same

Seams sw problems as pc recognizes something was connected but doesn`t know it`s the iPhone

same error on every computers
already changed board to other iphone and still the same

other iphones work great on this computers

it was doing the same thing a few days back and i-reb worked, but as open it to change power button he is stuck again
