hi

i have iphone 3g .when i listen music restart & hang on restor logo.
i try restored it by itunes but dont restored & appear this error on itunes:

the iphone could not be restored.an unknown error occureed(1600

i test all firmware (2 ,2.2.1 3 3.1.2 & 3.1.3) but dont restored

just restored by 2.2.1 or 2.0.2 but not rebot phone & only hang on apple logo

1-test all itunes ver(8 9.2 & 9.3)
2-change usb port & computer
3-i test it in dfu mode
4-change cable connector on phone
5-i restored 20 iphone by this computer & dont have any problem

iphone restored only by itunes or have any programs?

plz help

Put ur phone DFU Mode and try again

I have a iphone 3G on costum firmware 3.1.2

It was jailbrake and unlocked allready, i just restore it with costum firmware, and now I'm unable to unlock it.

I want to restore it with original 3.1.2 firmware, but allways I get the firmware in zip file when I download it from anywhere.

Some one knows how to get this firmware in ispw?

Open My Computer Then Click on tools > Folder Options >View> Then Select
hide extensions for known file type > apply > then ok

Now rename the file type .rar to .ipsw

Procedure :

1- install latest version Itunes
2- Restore by itunes original Firmware V3.1.2 Download iPhone OS 3.1.2 for iPhone 3G
3- use BlackRa1n
4- Restore again custom firmwares V3.1.2 Here
5- use again BlackRa1n
6- Run instal.bat

Enjoy

hello sir I have iPhone 3Gs but just apple logo and iTunes mode can show when I try to restore show me (error 23) do you have any think about that ,how to fix I have try many opsions whith Mac and Windows but no working ???
