Hello, i have prob with my iphone 3gs 3.1.2 baseband 05.11.07 i made restore from the device (phone) after that nothing it stay on the itunes logo DFU mode ithink... i try JB with blackrain but nothing happened!!! please help

its hardware problem, flash chip is bad i think

i have problem with my iphone 8gb.it was formally locked with lockcode.i tried to use itune to restore it it got several errors and redsnow-win 0.8 to jailbreak and with restore file and was sucessfull.but when i run install bat 3.0 to unlock it but did not unlock.after several trial,no sucess,now phone i recovery mode and when i use i tune, always get error when updating firmware. baseband is 5.11.07,pls what do i do

Hello every one

Back story on how the problem started: It's a water damaged but I cleaned it and it work one time ( I restore FW "fully" an it work after), some hours after it was black screen.

Now, I can't boot it on a battery(betwen 3.4v and 3.9v) or usb or charger. When I try to restore it itunes never finish and stay blocked on verifying iphone restore and on the iphone the status bar block at about 90% with custom FW and at 60% with original FW.

I tried many FW on 2 PCs and a hackintosh.

Now I'm trying to restore a custom FW 3.1.3 but it block at about 90% then I try a jailbreak with redsn0w 0.9.4 everything go well but when the iphone must reboot nothing happen.

I was thinking that is USB problem so I tried this

Iphone 3g frimware 3.1.2 and modem frimware 05.12.01
i cant restore and when i was restoring with this freamware(iPhone1_2_3.1.2_7D11_Restore.ipsw) error 1015 has appeared.
and i unlock this with blackra1n but after unlock hang on searching , cant find the network.

please help me
