Hi can anybody tell me can my iphone 3gs 16gb be unlocked to any network. i stupidly upgraded to ver 4 thanks for any help

If your iphone has old iboot and you saved SHSH blobs the answer is YES.

Yes. You need to wait for new jailbreak software.
