iphone4 7.1.2 after hactivate hang on apple logo

hi
all proccess done with ahctivat tool all ios but set is hang on apple logo

Restore it again to iOS 7.1.2 .
After restore , ssh then remove setup.app .

Just Download IREB 7 open and boot-lop fix hit recovery mode then automatically restart mobile just w8 few minutes after this process again on mobile ..

Unless you get right Apple ID account , or use some unlock server to remove iCloud ( it may cost more than the iPhone 4 itself ) , you can't get service .
