iPhone 4s iOS 8.1.3 spikes


Today i bought used iPhone 4s and it's already have iOS 8.1.3 using this iOS with iPhone 4s it become a little laggy. Maybe i can downgrade? What should i do? Maybe i should update to new iOS?

Downgrade is not possible for iPhone 4s , try updating to latest iOS ( 8.2 ) .
Make sure before restoring , there is no iCloud account linked to your device .
