restore it to 5.1.1 and until you never got the signals don't jailbreak it

Are u activate iphone with the help of redsn0w if answer yes then restore again otherewise dont resotre,maybe the fault inside(i mean hardware not software)

yesterday my fiend send a iphone 4 32 gb i receive in recovery mode
i download manual file with version 5.1.1{9b206} and restore
phone power up activated with i tune butt
always searching searching and no service
5.1.1
bb=4.12.01
in hardware section i make a jumper for blue coil.

The machine is not activated, of course, no service. if you buy the iphone and sign with THREE, so you can use the Internet activated, you can look for operators staff or apple to help you to activate service personnel...

if the mobile is factory unlock try to restore it with original firmware then activate it,it will work fine
but if it is gevey unlock try to preserve the baseband with snowbreeze then restore it with snow breeze custom firmware then jailbrake it
your problem solve
