The iPhone Dev-Team has announced that they plan to release an unlock for the iPhone 4 that supports basebands until 04.10.01 (4.3b3).

Current i4 unlock goal includes til 04.10.01 (4.3b3). Very weird situation...vuln cmds are there, trying to invoke them!

Interestingly, MuscleNerd notes that they may have found unlocks for the 05.14 and 05.15 3G/3GS basebands while searching for the iPhone 4 unlock.

Ironically, the i4 unlock search has yielded 05.14 & 05.15 unlock 3G/3GS vectors... but i4 is 1st priority

The iPhone Dev-Team has previously stated that the unlock won't be released until after 4.3 is public. Apple could release the new firmware as part of its iPad event on March 2nd.

not today wait for few days more..even i also found crash in 2.10.04 but sub stater is not down till.. otherwise no one have to depend on Dev team

Looks like we will have to wait another week - March 11th - until the release of ios4.3

Let's hope that the unlock will be released at that date, or shortly after (of course prior is always nice too)

Come on guys we went through this before with iphone 3g and 3gs 4.2 then finally it really happen.. I guess we just have to wait ,its bound to happen......

yes yes unlock ready. Currently, you can only jailbreak your iPad1 on latest firmware iOS 4.2.1 using Greenpois0n, Sn0wbreeze or PwnageTool. But they won’t work with iOS 4.3 beta3 as Apple has closed all the exploits which hacking community used to pwn the devices.
