Can anyone help me out please

I have unlocked many 3g without a problem but lateley they fail.
after jb and ultrasnow phone will still work fine with original sim any other sim gives "no service".....

restore it with cfw 4.1 and all is ok

update baseband if ur modem is not 6.15

done all that and nothin still no service on other networks. tried 3 today all the same "no service". 1 even had cydia as a white box ???

during jail breaking update ur baseband to 6.15 (mean check the box install cydia and install iPad baseband. every thing wil b fine.

As i said ive done lots of them just lately they keep failing.
I do the procedure to the letter still nothin??
