iPhone 4s query

i have here an iPhone 4s iOS 7.1.1 japan softbank lock

here's the scenario:
i go to malls here(davao city phils.) to find store that can unlock my phone, but the problem is that the status of my phone is always searching for signal, they already tried r-sim9 and x-sim(not sure what's the exact model they used) but the status is still in searching, they tried to let it search for over a day but still no luck the status is still searching.



my question:
is this because the iOS of my iPhone is still not supported? or maybe my phone has a problem?, because the technician told me that they tried to insert a softbank sim but still the status is still searching(supposedly no service is the status am i right?)
I ask them about x-sim evo but i think they have no idea what's that is.
if i buy x-sim Evo will it resolve my problem?

if the simslot is the problem, can this be fixed?
please help me.

all i know r-sim9 and evo xsim are not yet supported for ios 7.1.1

really? how come there's a posted screenshot here that was already unlock through xsim evo?

its supported you have to try other version or firmware for you xsim. just update/use 4.13 4.11 or 4.20..

thanks for the reply, i already go to technicians and they say that its hardware issue and they're trying to fix it now
