MAKE SURE YOUR INTERNET CONNECTION IS ACTIVE

IF ACTIVE

1. From the Start menu, choose Control Panel.
2. Open the Internet Options control panel.
3. Click the Connections tab.
4. Click the LAN Settings button.
5. Select the Automatically detect settings checkbox.

Hi all.
I have this problem too. I tryed with 3 computers but itunes 8.2 gives this error. With 9.2 it is ok. But I need 8.2 to downgrade my device from 3.0 to 2.0.1.

How Can I solve this problem?
