Just got a iPod touch 2 --- fixed digitiser but now the wifi and bluetooth in the settings are not highlighted tried update plus resetting all settings -- looks like hardware problem but not sure where to start ...

You said (fixed digitiser) i think you missed something check all connector and see every thing is fit
