Isolated No sim installed in one carrier but works with others Iphone 4 - GSM-Forum

I have locked iphone 4
I unlocked it Via Sam Trick
and it works

but the problem is:
I have 3 Carriers in my country
When I put the sim of Carrier 1 , the phone recognizes it and I can unlock it.
when I put the sim of carrier 2, the phone recognizes it.

But when I put a sim of carrier 3, there is No sim card installed error .
I tried 5 Sims of the same network but Non of them works, I keep getting No sim card Installed

So it is ISOLATED no sim card installed with one carrier, I tried the sims in other Iphone 4 and all of them are good and recognizable.

I tried :
Reset network settings
Air plane mode
Switching on and off the phone.

Any Help plz., Cuz this network is my primary and I need it very much. I think it is not a hardware issue as all sims of other carriers works well.

Plz help

I tried to restore My Iphone, and I found the sim that I was unlocked with SAM working out of the box without Jailbreak

WOW

but When I tried The sim of Carrier 3 , it is still No sim card Installed

I have no explanation , I restored and still the problem
