02 - type Netsh winsock reset then ENTER
03 - REBOOT PC/LapTop
04 - ready to DOWNLOAD APPS

i get error ..

C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator>Netsh winsock reset
'Netsh' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

type in your computer seach bar cmd.. right click to that when appear click run as administrator.

then type this Netsh winsock reset or just copy and paste then hit enter.

reboot laptop thats all.

You must restart the machine in order to complete the reset.

prccess success, but hanging problum not solved
any more....
