Member: 1858230 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | Jailbroke iPhone 4 6.0.1 but it didn't Hacktivate. I got a second hand iPhone 4 running iOS 6.0.1 for christmas today. I've jailbroke my iTouch before, easy enough. So i did some research and used Sn0wbreeze to create some custom firmware on 6.0.1. Put it into DFU, restored it. Then i switched it off and iBooted it so that it would supposably hacktivate, but when it came back on and I configured the WiFi and the language, it still said I need a sim card to activate. I don't have a sim card because as I said i got it second hand. Anything i've done wrong here? I've tried it twice now and i can't understand why it won't Hacktivate. I'm not even sure if it's jailbroken properly because I can't get to my springboard to find Cydia. Thanks for any help. |

EDIT: I've got the latest version of redsn0w (0.9.15b3) but when I load up my 6.0.1 firmware it says it isn't supported. | |
